FAQ
Does the TX-05 support the Samsung Odyssey G9 49" curved monitor?
Yes, it fully supports it. The TX-05 is a premium heavy-duty mount built to handle screens up to 57 inches. It features a maximum load capacity of up to 27kg for flat monitors and 22kg for heavy curved displays like the Odyssey G9 series.
What is the maximum desk thickness for the C-clamp option?
The heavy-duty C-clamp is compatible with desk thicknesses ranging from 12mm to 45mm. If your desktop is thicker than this, you can use the included grommet (through-desk) mounting base, which supports thicknesses from 12mm up to 75mm.
How does the patented anti-sagging structure work?
It utilizes a patented one-way mechanical bearing structure that physically locks the tilting joint from slipping forward under gravity. This eliminates the common "monitor dipping" issue, making it ideal for holding heavy curved and ultrawide screens securely over time.
Will the gas spring lose its tension or fail over time?
No, our precision gas spring has undergone rigorous durability testing of over 50,000 cycles to ensure lifelong smooth height adjustments. For complete peace of mind, it is backed by an official 3-year warranty covering all mechanical parts.
What VESA patterns and standards are supported?
The mount supports standard VESA patterns of 75×75mm and 100×100mm. It also features a quick-release VESA plate, making it compatible with 99% of mainstream gaming and office monitors on the market.
Do I need to drill a hole in my desk to install the arm?
No drilling is required. The TX-05 comes standard with a heavy-duty C-clamp that mounts straight onto the edge of your desk. However, if your setup requires it, a through-desk grommet mounting option is also included in the box for maximum stability.
