30-Day Return Policy

You may return your product within 30 days of receipt. Specific return guidelines are as follows:

Important Notice:

1. nassembled Products Only: We only accept returns of unassembled products. Once a product has been assembled, it cannot be resold and is therefore not eligible for return.

2. Must Use Original Packaging: All returned items must be repackaged in their original packaging to ensure safety during transit.

Non-Quality Issue Returns

  1. Repackaging: Repackage the product and send it back to our warehouse at the return address provided.
  2. Notification: After shipping the item, please contact our support team at support@humanex.net.
  3. Refund Processing: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will immediately process your refund.

Please Note: The initial shipping fee of £15 is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Quality Issue Returns

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or incomplete item, please contact us immediately.

Easy Exchange

We offer a convenient exchange service for in-stock items:

  • You may request an exchange within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the package has not yet been shipped.
  • If the package has already been dispatched, you may refuse the delivery.

Please Note: If you refuse the delivery, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellation Before Processing: To cancel an unprocessed order, please contact support@humanex.net.
  • Cancellation After Processing: If the package has already been processed, the order cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse the package upon delivery.

Please Note: In this situation, the return shipping fee will be borne by you.

General Return Guidelines

  • All returned items must remain unassembled and must be in their original packaging.
  • For returns due to quality or delivery issues, we will provide a pre-paid return label free of charge. For non-quality issue returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend purchasing insurance for your package to secure your return.

What is Covered?

 

  • We provide free replacement parts for any failure caused by improper workmanship or defective materials.
  • If replacement or repair is not possible, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the defective product.
  • Shipping Costs for Replacement Products: If the product has a defect in material or workmanship, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.

 

What is Not Covered?

 

  • Normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Accessories, related products, or non-HUMANEX materials.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product's instructions for use.
  • The warranty is void if the label is tampered with, removed, or damaged.
