Your satisfaction is HUMANEX’s top priority. We are committed to providing high-quality products and offer a limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship. This warranty only applies to consumers who purchased HUMANEX products from an authorized retailer or dealer.

 

What is Covered?

 

 

Primary Products (5-Year Warranty)

 

HUMANEX provides a 5-year warranty on the main structural components of the purchased product, including the metal frame, shelving structure, and other critical parts that support the product’s load-bearing function. This warranty covers failures that affect the product’s safety or function due to defects in material or manufacturing.

However, the warranty does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., fading or minor surface scratches).

  • Damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized repair, or external factors (e.g., natural disasters).

 

Functional Accessories (3-Year Warranty)

 

Functional accessories (e.g., casters, shelves, soundbar holders, LED light strips, and other components) are covered by a 3-year warranty. This warranty covers defects that impede normal function but does not apply to:

  • Normal aging and wear.

  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions.

  • Issues related to improper voltage use for LED light strips.

 

Socket Accessories (1-Year Warranty)

 

HUMANEX provides a 1-year warranty for socket accessories. The warranty covers failures caused by circuit faults, poor contact, or inherent quality issues, but excludes:

  • Damage caused by overload, short circuits, or forced insertion/removal of plugs.

  • Damage from external impact.


 

How to Apply for Warranty Service

 

If your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing or material fault within the warranty period, you may request:

  • Repair: Free replacement of defective parts.

  • Replacement: If repair is not possible, we may offer a replacement unit.

  • Return (Refund): If neither repair nor replacement is feasible, a return (refund) may be processed.

 

Claim Process:

 

  1. Contact HUMANEX Customer Service at support@humanex.net, providing a description of the issue and photos.

  2. Our team will assess the claim and determine the best course of action.

  3. If approved, we will provide a repair, replacement, or return solution free of charge.


 

What is Not Covered?

 

Our limited warranty does not cover:

  • External Damage: Accidents, drops, scratches, or other physical damage.

  • Improper Use or Installation: Failure to follow the user manual or use of the product in an inappropriate environment.

  • Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized personnel will void the warranty.

  • Natural Wear and Aging: Gradual deterioration due to long-term use, such as caster wear, coating fading, and minor fatigue.

  • Tampered or Removed Labels: Products with altered or missing labels are not eligible for warranty claims.

 

Shipping Costs for Replacement Products

 

If your HUMANEX product is deemed defective within the warranty period, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product.
